As a Business Consultant, you possess a strong understanding of marketing, sales, or service business processes. You will be a key member of our team, helping clients drive sustainable growth and maximize their ROI. You will translate business objectives into concrete improvements across processes, people, data, and Salesforce technology. While supported by senior leadership, you will take ownership of specific project workstreams, ensuring they deliver tangible business value. You will also contribute to our Advisory practice by helping develop assets that accelerate our international project delivery.

Needs Assessment: Conduct client assessments to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.

Digital Roadmaps: Assist in developing and implementing digital roadmaps aligned with customer goals.

Trusted Advisory: Act as a reliable guide for customers on various aspects of digital business transformation.

Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience: 4+ years of experience as a business or management consultant in digital transformations.

Domain Knowledge: Experience in at least one domain: marketing, sales, services, operations, or AI.

Language: Fluency in English is essential. Dutch is essential for roles in the Netherlands, Swedish for roles in Sweden, and German for roles in Germany.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of working both strategically and tactically.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with project teams and customers.

Salesforce: A strong interest in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably already holding Salesforce certifications.
