As a BIM Coordinator at TMC, you connect modelers, engineers, and project teams. You ensure structure, quality, and information flows within complex construction and infrastructure projects.
You work on multidisciplinary projects in utility, residential construction, and civil engineering. You are responsible for: - Coordination of BIM processes within projects - Drafting and monitoring of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) - Clash checks and quality assurance - Leading and guiding BIM Modelers - Coordination with clients, engineers, and project management - Further development of BIM standards and digitalization You oversee the big picture and foster collaboration.
- A permanent employment contract.

A gross monthly salary between €4000 and €6000, depending on experience and qualifications.
