You will play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations and supporting the smooth flow of goods for our clients .
Your Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operator, you will contribute to efficient warehouse operations through a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing stock and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities.
- Loading and unloading goods from trucks.
- Preparing and picking client orders.
- Handling administrative paperwork related to warehouse processes.
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure the correct type and quantity of stock.
- Reporting and following up on any breakages or spills.
- Ensuring that warehouse operations meet company quality standards.
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements to make operations more efficient and organized.
Your Profile
Our ideal candidate is hands-on, responsible, and detail-oriented. You bring the following qualifications:
- Strong interest in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Flexibility to work across multiple warehouse locations in or near Rotterdam.
- Forklift certification (required).
- Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy in your work.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in Chinese / English / Dutch / Turkish. Additional languages are an advantage.
