The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, physically fit colleague to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our daily operations. If you’re someone who takes pride in showing up, works well with others, and doesn’t mind a proper day’s physical work — you’ll fit right in.
Day-to-day you’ll be:
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Loading our daily DHL truck for outbound deliveries
- Stocking shelves and keeping the warehouse organised
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Welcoming clients who come to Paco to collect orders in person — a warm, professional manner matters here
- Working closely with colleagues in both the warehouse and the office
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable — you show up on time, every time
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting
- A team player who communicates well and supports colleagues
- Flexible and adaptable — no two days are identical
- Warm and presentable when greeting clients at the door
- Good spoken English (Dutch is a bonus, not a requirement)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage, but not essential
