The IT Product Manager is accountable for managing and continuously improving defined IT products within the TIP application landscape. The role turns business priorities into clear, value-based product roadmaps.
What success looks like
️ Product roadmaps are clearly linked to business outcomes, capacity and portfolio priorities.
️ Business requests move through a clear idea-to-delivery lifecycle, with problem definition and value validated before solution design.
️ Functional requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria are documented early enough for reliable sizing and delivery planning.
️Products move from project delivery into BAU support using a defined hypercare period, clear service ownership and ServiceNow support channels.
️ Incidents, defects, enhancements and training issues are separated and routed correctly.
The experience you will be bringing
️ Experience owning defined products within the overall portfolio and maintain a clear product vision, product roadmap and backlog.
️ Ability to convert strategic themes and business priorities into realistic roadmap items, balancing value, cost, capacity, risk and implementation complexity.
️Experience maintaining backlog visibility and prioritisation in line with agreed portfolio governance, including new ideas, incidents/bugs, change requests and continuous improvement items.
️ Ability to challenge low-maturity requests and ensure the underlying business problem; value case and ownership are clear before IT sizing or delivery starts.

️You are based in the Netherlands and you have full Dutch/EU working rights
️You are able to come to our Amsterdam-Bijlmer Arena office at least 3 days a week
️You speak fluent Dutch and/or English
