We’re looking for a friendly, organized Reservation Agent who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll handle bookings, answer guest questions, and support the front office team when needed.
What you’ll do:

Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels

Update bookings, handle changes, and process cancellations

Provide clear info about rooms, rates, and hotel services

Keep an eye on availability and help optimize bookings

Work closely with the front office and housekeeping team

Step in to support Reception when it gets busy

Assist with check-ins, check-outs, guest request and anything else that comes up!
