In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for driving the Demand & Supply Planning maturity.
It is all about designing and further enhancing the right tooling, driving the capabilities of the operational teams across the globe to use them and supporting the performance improvements with the right actionable insights and by the creation and implementation of the right standards.
Our Planning processes are going through a big change, with implementation of the Anura Demand & Supply Planning program. This new tooling enables a leapfrog in Planning functionality. In this role, you support the future-proof design and relevant additional feature development, both in the tooling and in the surrounding environments on e.g. reporting, making sure the leapfrog impact is brought alive, made visible and sustained.
You will drive the identification and unlocking of key data to drive best in class Planning Performance Management. You will drive the realization of new and improved KPI reporting to highlight improvement opportunities, together with the Digital Supply Chain team.
You will develop and support Customer Supply Chain teams to execute their tasks effectively and efficiently. On top, you will drive improvement projects and support and train participants in order to develop the planning capabilities in the organization. You actively drive standardization, best practice sharing and capability building via the Demand & Supply Planning Community.
An important part of your job will be in injecting the right Planning standards into the global OWOW framework in all our Planning functions. This will realize a standardized way of working, with fit for purpose performance meetings and will improve the lives of our operational employees across the globe.
You see the challenge in achieving cooperation and motivation between Demand & Supply Planning teams and their (main) stakeholders. You will actively build networks within RFC within your own Planning Excellence discipline as well as across disciplines to further improve the impact within RFC.
You understand the complexity of the role is the limited level of tangibility of the output. In fact Output in terms of Performance and effective results are (and should be) realized in the businesses.
Key areas of responsibility are:
1. Lead medium-sized improvement programs to results and support larger programs
2. Support the design and implementation of standard ways of working including performance management
3. Support the boosting of Planning capabilities and promote Best Practices in fostering cross-fertilization of ideas in expertise networks
4. Support tool development to fit-for-purpose but state-of-the-art new functionalities in Anura/OMP and surrounding environments incl. reporting and PowerBI Analytics
5. Support development and validation of the strategic direction of Demand & Supply Planning
