Lead a global development team designing custom software solutions for automotive color laboratories, including color matching, quality control, and color data management.

Drive innovation and business value by improving speed to color, reducing development lead times, and enhancing color quality through automation and advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning.

In this role, you will define the strategic roadmap for color software, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage complex global projects across cross-functional teams (R&D, IT, and operations).

You will ensure high-quality system delivery, promote best practices, and continuously optimize processes across the automotive color value chain.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, STEM, or related field

Experience in software development and team leadership

Knowledge of color science and color matching (preferred)

Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
