Tesla is seeking a passionate and skilled Data Analyst to join our HR & Recruitment Analytics team, delivering essential reporting, automation, and insight to empower HR and Recruitment in making data-driven decisions about our talented workforce.
You will be working together with the People Teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Recruitment Coordination, Internal Mobility, HR), Finance, Business Analytics, Business Planning, Data Engineering and Product Development, as well as senior business leaders across multiple geographies and work with multiple large datasets to compile actionable insight and drive operational excellence.
In this role, you will collaborate with the People Teams, including: HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Recruitment Coordination, Internal Mobility, as well as Finance, Business Analytics, Business Planning, Data Engineering, Product Development, and senior business leaders across multiple geographies. You will handle multiple large datasets to compile actionable insights and drive operational excellence.
To be successful, you are a strong communicator and highly collaborative. You have a love for data and translating data into actionable insights.We expect you and your team to find creative solutions to solve tough problems, supporting Tesla’s growth and success in EMEA.
