The Role
As a trusted advisor and strategic relationship manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing both new and existing business — particularly within the International News market.
You will combine strong data literacy with commercial acumen, helping clients extract maximum value from our AI-powered monitoring and database systems. You anticipate client needs, interpret complex datasets, and translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Development, and Operations, you will contribute to account strategy, product evolution, and long-term client success.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing data architecture and AI workflows as they are building trusted, long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with Kinetiq’s non-US Teletrax clients, with a focus on the International News sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client support, system guidance, and strategic account growth.
- Support clients in navigating and maximising value from Teletrax’s AI-powered monitoring and data systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Development, and Operations to deliver seamless technical and service solutions.
- Translate client feedback into actionable product enhancements.
- Analyse portal usage, database outputs, and client data trends to identify optimisation and expansion opportunities.
- Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to support retention and upsell strategies.
- Present confidently alongside Sales to both prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain strong collaboration with Sales on new business and account expansion initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- University degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Media Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years’ experience in client account management, customer success, or technical account management within a technology-led environment.
- Strong affinity with data systems, AI-driven products, and database environments.
- Experience working with structured datasets, analytics platforms, or multiple database systems.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear, strategic recommendations for clients.
- Experience within broadcast, media intelligence, AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or consulting environments is highly desirable.
- Understanding of watermarking, fingerprinting, or content recognition technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with broadcast distribution technologies and digital content workflows.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships while confidently navigating technical discussions.
