Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Campaign Developer with strong experience in CRM and marketing automation technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping clients create highly personalized, data-driven customer journeys and CRM campaigns. Collaborating with marketing teams, data specialists, and designers, you’ll develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Braze, and other customer engagement technologies.
You’ll primarily work with CRM, customer data, and marketing automation platforms, using your technical expertise to build effective campaigns, automate customer journeys, and deliver personalized experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Design, build, and implement automated customer journeys and CRM campaigns across relevant marketing automation and customer engagement platforms that deliver impactful results.
Execution & Optimization: Execute campaigns, monitor performance, and continuously optimize workflows, segmentation, personalization, and automation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive testing, manage quality control, troubleshoot technical and data-related issues, and refine processes to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including strategists, analysts, developers, and designers to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and are delivered to the highest standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement technologies, including platform capabilities, releases, and best practices. Identify and implement new techniques and technologies to improve campaign automation and performance.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Campaign Developer, CRM Developer, or Campaign Engineer with hands-on experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.

Strong understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and relevant scripting or personalization languages to support campaign development, personalization, and automation workflows.

Experience working with one or more marketing automation or customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Braze, or similar technologies.

Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation concepts, including segmentation, customer journeys, personalization, campaign orchestration, and data integration.

Understanding of customer data and how it is used across CRM, CDP, and marketing automation environments.

Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality campaign execution.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly present ideas and results.
