What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating guests with warmth and confidence
- Taking orders accurately and making knowledgeable menu recommendations
- Serving food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and fellow floor staff
- Keeping tables and the dining area clean and well-presented
- Handling payments and closing out bills with care
- Staying calm and professional during busy shifts, especially evenings and weekends
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or Italian is a bonus)
- Friendly, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced setting
- Great team player with a hands-on attitude
- Flexible availability especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for Italian food and a genuine love for hosting people
