What you’ll do:
- Onboard new customers and support existing users on the PAREX platform, ensuring they get maximum ROI.
- Provide support and training, making complex topics simple for every user.
- Collaborate across teams: Marketing, support, and sales – you’ll be the proactive link between them all.
- Analyse and report: Track customer engagement and system usage, spot opportunities, and share insights to drive market growth.
- Champion our values: Bring energy, integrity, and a can-do attitude.
What we’re looking for:
Languages:
- Native/near-native French (must-have)
- Fluent English (must-have)
- Portuguese or Dutch (strong advantage—tell us if you speak other languages too!)
Education: MBO+ preferred, or degree-level thinking
Experience:
- Customer-facing background (ideally onboarding/support)
- Tech-savvy: you’ll feel at home using different software and troubleshooting - you're curious and quick to learn new systems (training provided)
Soft skills: Strong communicator, team player, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
Permits: Existing right to live and work in the Netherlands (essential).
Location: Already in the Netherlands or willing to relocate at your own expense (right to work required—no sponsorship/relocation offered)
What’s on offer:
Salary: €2,400–€2,900 per month + 8% holiday allowance25 holiday days (full-time)
