WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS PROCESS CONTROLROOM SPECIALIST?
In the position of Process Controlroom Specialist, you are responsible for leading your shift and meeting our daily KPI targets for the different processes in our warehouse from inbound to outbound. The Controlroom is the beating heart of Bleiswijk, where our Controlroom Specialists monitor the logistics operations towards our customer Zalando. The department's goal is to optimize productivity and ensure reliability in delivering products to consumers. You work closely with Managers from the logistics operation and our partner Zalando. Without the Controlroom, everything comes to a standstill
To ensure our targets, you make informed decisions together with the other Operational Controlroom Specialists (workflow teammembers). It’s up to you to coach and support them. Further, you analyze your planning and compare it with the actuals to see where we can implement structural improvement measures.
As Process Control Room Specialist, you will:
- Joining the standups with Operations and sharing data-driven insights on our performance
- Prepare and execute the weekly production planning and forecast and discuss this with Workforce team
- Preparing KPI meetings with customer Zalando
- Developing and monitoring standardized ways of working
- Maintaining various reports and dashboards
WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?
You’ll be working at our Bleiswijk location, where we have a warehouse no less than 140,000 m². This location handles logistics for Zalando: a major customer in eCommerce, specialized in shoes, clothing, and fashion accessories. Automation is a key focus in this warehouse. You'll become part of the Controlroom Team, which includes Operational Controlroom Specialists, Process Controlroom Specialists, Equipment Controlroom Specialists, and IT Controlroom Specialists. The atmosphere is characterized by passion and professionalism, with plenty of room for fun and connection! You'll report to the Controlroom Team Lead and work day, evening, and night shifts.
WHY IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?
Do you recognize yourself in the following qualities?
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in the field of logistics;
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a logistics or service-oriented environment;
- Analytical thinking ability and a methodical and structured approach to work;
- You master the Dutch or English language, both spoken and written.
- Flexible attitude to work in shifts;

- A gross monthly salary between € 3.206 and € 4.676 plus 8% holiday allowance (scale depends on your work experience and education level, among other things);
