You are responsible for preparing cost estimates and budgets for maintenance activities and projects within the portfolio. You collect, organize, and evaluate relevant financial information, identify deviations and ambiguities, and prepare estimates in various stages of preparation.
You assess, interpret, and analyze the scope and complexity of maintenance activities, evaluate supplier quotations for completeness of scope and price level, and provide second opinions on cost estimates from third parties.
