About the role:
As After Sales Pricing Manager, you are responsible for developing, maintaining and improving pricing for parts and accessories across Europe. You work at the intersection of after sales operations, product planning, supply chain and commercial teams, ensuring pricing supports both competitiveness and profitability. You analyse trends, evaluate pricing structures and support stakeholders with well-founded recommendations. This role combines analysis, judgement and execution: you don’t just work with data, you help translate it into practical pricing decisions across functions and markets.
What you will do:
- Pricing Strategy & Structure (Parts & Accessories): Contribute to the development and improvement of pricing approaches for parts and accessories, ensuring consistency and alignment across markets & business functions.
- Costing & Price Modelling: Develop and maintain pricing and cost models, combining cost structures, supply chain input and commercial requirements.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market developments, aftermarket trends and competitor pricing, and translate these insights to recommend pricing adjustments where needed.
- Performance & Profitability Analysis: Analyse pricing performance and margins, identify deviations and propose improvements to support business results.
- Financial & Scenario Analysis: Prepare pricing scenarios and analyses to support operational decisions, promotions and business planning activities.
- Pricing Governance & Policies: Ensure pricing rules, commercial guidelines and promotional structures are consistently applied and aligned with company strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Parts & Accessories Sales, Product Planning, Supply & Distribution and Business Planning, acting as a central point of coordination for pricing-related topics across these functions and ensuring alignment between commercial needs, product lifecycle considerations, cost structures and performance tracking.
