- You’ll set the strategy. You will lead the critical conversations with C-level clients, challenge their assumptions, and translate complex business goals into a clear, actionable IAM roadmap.
- You’ll be the technical authority. You will own the architectural vision for our most complex projects. You’ll design secure, scalable solutions with cutting-edge tech and remain hands-on with the critical details to ensure they are built right.
- You’ll navigate complexity with honesty. When off-the-shelf solutions aren’t the right fit, you’ll lead the search for the best path forward—whether that’s designing a bespoke component or transparently advising on the limits and risks of what’s possible.
- You’ll make our team better. You will mentor other senior experts, acting as a technical guide and thought leader who elevates the entire practice.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing enterprise IAM solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge of major IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, etc.), cloud identity (AWS, Azure), and core protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
- Broad proficiency across IAM domains, including Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer Identity (CIAM).
- Strong understanding of modern security principles, including Zero Trust architecture and relevant compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end IAM projects, from strategic planning to successful delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior stakeholders, build C-level relationships, and translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and project leadership skills.
- Native or near-native fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and diverse teams.
€6,000–€7,000 gross per month, based on experience and qualifications + benefits.
