What will you do
The Brand Activation manager will be driving Health Care Professional engagement for the brands Nicorette and Listerine in the Netherlands.
The role will also involve frequent interactions with the Central Europe cluster to provide input and make sure we both feed into the global strategy and assure locally we get the required tools/support to grow our HCP engagement. This person will work closely together with the Belgian team as we are a Benelux organization.
Key Responsibilities
1) Shape and develop a market leading marketing agenda for Nicorette & Listerine towards our HCP’s (GP’s, stop smoking coaches, Dentists & Mouth Hygienist) to grow our market share
- Generate Insights and understand HCP needs to develop an HCP centric plan & content
- Translate HCP insights into a brand & channel strategy for the different HCP segments
- Draft and execute a marketing and communication plan towards HCP’s in NL
- Develop HCP content & materials (customer centric)
- Review and evaluate market research/trends and competitor information
2) Develop a strong influencer/KOL strategy & program for Nicorette & Listerine:
- Working collaboratively with external customers and partners (healthcare professionals & healthcare associations) to develop a KOL network
- Play a proactive role in developing and managing relationships with KOLs
- Understand the Patient journey, identify key influencers and develop an omnichannel key influencer program (ex. Partnership with professional organization with congresses, webinars, bannering, …)
- Amplify message by partnering with influential Key Opinion Leaders and/or trade associations
- Facilitate quit smoking support access to Nicorette range in the current reimbursement program in the Netherlands
3) Build, lead & execute the HCP Marketing plan in NL with excellence:
- Position our brands as partner of choice with HCP’s/GP’s (e.g. doctors, quit smoking coaches, dentists, dental hygienists)
- Develop omni-channel Professional Marketing plan in NL in conjunction with regional support to drive awareness for Nicorette and Listerine (e.g. educational events, advisory boards, CRM activities)
- Excellence in execution: leverage content, creation of material, execution via 3rd party agencies and tracking of results.
- Manage distribution of samples towards HCP's
- Collaborate closely with lead stakeholders across the BNL / Central Europe cluster to access best in-class best practices.
4) Assure compliance:
Support and comply with the organizations’ duty of care obligations, in pharmacovigilance, regulatory, quality and medical information.

Required Qualifications
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing in Pharmaceutical business or Health & Beauty
- Experience in pharma and working with Health Care professionals is a plus.
- Strong experience in stakeholder mapping, influencer marketing and omni-channel is a plus.
- Strategic and conceptual thinking is an asset.
- High propensity for collaboration and cross-functional ways of working.
- Background in pharmaceutical or bio-science educational background is a plus.
Education
- Master’s Degree or equivalent.
Language
- Fluency in English and Dutch
