E-commerce Specialist – TikTok Shop | Full-time
AgenZ is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist to help us build and grow a new sports-focused TikTok Shop from A to Z.
We are launching a new TikTok Shop within the sports market and are looking for someone who understands e-commerce, is commercially minded and enjoys working in the fast-moving world of TikTok, social commerce and live shopping.
This is not a role where you will only manage a webshop. You will be involved in the entire TikTok Shop operation: from products and listings to campaigns, creators, livestreams, orders and analysing sales performance.
What will you do?
As our E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and growth of our TikTok Shop.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and managing the TikTok Shop
- Uploading, optimising and managing product listings
- Managing pricing, promotions, bundles and special offers
- Coordinating stock and product availability
- Helping organise and optimise TikTok LIVE shopping sessions
- Supporting presenters and creators during livestreams
- Managing TikTok Shop campaigns and platform promotions
- Finding and onboarding affiliates and TikTok creators
- Managing affiliate collaborations and commission structures
- Monitoring orders, returns and customer questions
- Working together with our fulfilment and logistics partners
- Analysing sales, conversion rates and livestream performance
- Identifying products with high sales potential
- Testing new sales strategies, content formats and promotions
- Keeping up with TikTok Shop trends, features and opportunities
- Helping us scale the shop from launch into a serious social-commerce operation
In short: you help us run and grow the TikTok Shop from A to Z.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven and comfortable taking responsibility.
Ideally, you:
- Have experience with e-commerce, marketplaces or TikTok Shop
- Understand how online sales funnels and conversion work
- Are comfortable working with products, orders, pricing and promotions
- Have an interest in TikTok, social media and social commerce
- Are organised and able to manage multiple things at the same time
- Like working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Are not afraid to test new ideas and learn quickly
- Can work independently but also enjoy being part of a dynamic team
- Have an affinity with sports
Language skills are important for this role.
Preferably you speak:
- English – fluent
- Arabic – fluent or professional working proficiency
- Dutch – basic conversational level is sufficient
Experience with TikTok Shop is a major advantage, but if you have strong e-commerce experience and understand social media, we would also like to hear from you.
