TheING Debt Capital Markets (DCM)originationteam in Amsterdamoffersoff-cycleinternshippositionstohigh-potentialcandidateswithastrong motivation toworkinDebt Capital Markets(DCM).Asan intern,you willsupport Originatorstomaximize ING’s chances to execute bond mandates for its client base.
As an intern,you will be working with theInvestment Grade corporateorigination team coveringkey ING clients inAustria,BeLux,Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Nordics, Switzerland and the UK. The jobwill among other things comprise the following aspects:
Identify market opportunities by applying knowledge from various market sources (Bloomberg,macroeconomicresearch,client-specificnews, etc.)
Liaise with other key ING stakeholdersto identify opportunities, enhance internal cooperation and maximize client cross-buy(e.g.Sector Coverage relationshipmanagers, other DCM departments, DCM Syndicate, CapitalStructuring&Advisory, FM Research, FM Corporate Sales, FM Client Solutions Group)
The Debt Capital Markets group is comprised of several capital markets businesses: Financial InstitutionsGroup, Investment Grade Corporates, HighYield, Sustainable Markets, EM and Capital Structuring & Liability Management. DCMOriginationispart of ING’s Global Capital Markets teamwithin the Wholesale Bank. ING DCM is consistently top-ranked in European league tables and a credible global leader around Sustainability Structuring topics (Green Bonds,Sustainability-Linked Bond, etc.).
TheDCM Origination teamin Amsterdam coversbothinvestment-gradecorporatebond issuers in the Northern European region. The group works closely together with Relationship Managers, Corporate Finance, M&Aandother product specialistswithinthe ING network advising on a wide range of funding opportunities in theCapitalMarkets.You will be joining a small, highly skilled teamwho will betraining and guiding youand as such,youwill be seen as a full member of the team.
