We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and highly organised Property/Estate Manager to oversee the smooth running of private residences in Amsterdam and Ibiza.
This is a key operational role for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional homes, managing staff and contractors, and ensuring every aspect of the properties runs seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, service-driven, and confident taking ownership of multiple residences in a private environment.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day management and smooth operation of private residences in Amsterdam and Ibiza
- Overseeing Property Managers
- Ensure all properties are maintained to an exceptional standard at all times
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and specialist providers, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, seasonal preparation, and ongoing property improvement projects
- Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify operational or maintenance issues
- Manage household inventories, supplies, and general operational systems
- Track household expenditure, invoices, and service-related budgets where required
- Build and maintain systems and processes that ensure efficient household operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all estate and household matters
- Budget and financial accountability - reviewing quotes, catching overcharging, understanding what things should cost
- Oversee and liaise with interior designers
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in estate management, private household management, or luxury residential operations
- Experienced in managing multiple properties, household teams, and external contractors
- Have construction and renoavtion knowledge
- Highly organised, practical, and operationally minded
- Strong understanding of modern home systems and automation technology
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working independently
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented with high standards and exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent English & Dutch (Spanish highly advantageous)
- Based in the Netherlands with full work rights
- Valid driver’s licence
Salaris: €55.000,00 - €75.000,00 per jaar
