Electrical Supervisor
Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, UK & Ireland. Based in Groningen, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Critical Infrastructure Division as an Electrical Supervisor, supporting the delivery of our Hyperscale Data Centre project in the North of Holland.
Your day will include:
- Supervising electrical installation works on site
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved
- Reviewing drawings, permits, and method statements
- Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Reporting progress and resolving site issues
About You
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Safety-focused and organised
- Able to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Proactive with strong problem-solving ability
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in electrical supervision on large-scale projects
- Experience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Electrical trade qualification or relevant engineering degree
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems and electrical installations
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage subcontractors
- Fluent English required
- European project experience and safety certifications are advantageous
