As a Customer Experience Representative, you are the driving force behind the follow-up of our incoming leads and issued quotations. You ensure that no opportunity is left untouched. By proactively reaching out, asking the right questions and staying on top of every conversation, you play a key role in converting interest into action.
This will be your Core Business:
- Deliver engaging online product presentations and demonstrations of our product lifts and palletizers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular evaluations and presentations, via phone, email, and in the Qimarox (online) showroom;
- Ensuring customers are satisfied with our products and services, by offering support where needed and connecting them with the right colleagues within Qimarox;
- Following up on quotations and leads via phone and email, keeping momentum in the sales process;
- Proactively reaching out to customers and prospects to identify opportunities;
- Working closely together with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve shared goals;
- Keeping the CRM system up to date by accurately recording all customer interactions.
This is who you are:
- You have excellent communication skills in English, speaking another language is a plus;
- You enjoy calling customers and you get energy from direct interaction;
- You can deliver compelling online product presentations;
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and driven to achieve objectives;
- You are able to work independently, but also excel in a team-oriented environment;
- Experience with CRM systems and working with customers data is a plus;
- You are flexible and willing to serve international customers, even if this involves working at times before or after regular working hours due to time zones.
