Managing the lunch and dinner team.

Handling requests and (group) reservations via e-mail and managing the online reservation system.

Accept and follow up group and event reservations.

Work closly with hostess/host by supporting the service.

Work closy with the Chef by communicating and evaluating daily operations.

Respond reviews on social media and maintaining public relations.

Minimum 2 years experience as a manager (assistant) in a restaurant.

Have wine knowledge and passion for gastronomy.

Good at communicating and team player.
