Your team, Financial Process Expertise S2P, ensures that Action’s finance function is supported by modern systems and a coherent financial process & control framework. As the Team Lead, your challenge is to realize significant improvements of the effectiveness, efficiency, and risk mitigation of our main financial processes.
In this role, it is very important to maintain close contact with the stakeholders involved. These include managers and team leads within the finance discipline, program and project managers.
Within your area of expertise you are the connecting pin between Operations and Technology. You determine priority in change and as such the transformation roadmap in S2P.
You manage your team, ensuring everyone continues to be highly motivated to realize ambitious targets. In addition:

You ensure that a financial process model, supported by high quality process documentation is in place;

You coordinate the implementation of the Risk Control Framework relative to financial processes;

Process performance will be monitored based on a set of KPIs that you design + maintain;

You drive process redesign initiatives, addressing the impact on systems and taking responsibility for business change.

Focus area’s include source to pay process improvement for our non commercial purchasing with the use of Ariba & VIM; digitalization of commercial and non commercial invoices, partly driven by new legislation, partly by efficiency opportunities & optimization of rental contract & invoice handling.
