What will you do?
As a Machine Operator, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You will set up and adjust machines, replenish raw materials, and monitor the quality of our plastic products. You will work with modern rotational moulding technologies and digital systems to keep operations running efficiently.
This position is normally carried out in a shift system, but is currently operating in a day shift schedule.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and fine-tuning machines for optimal production performance
- Replenishing raw materials and monitoring the production process
- Working with our digital shop floor management system
- Performing quality inspections and checks
- Collaborating with your supervisor to identify and implement solutions
- Participating in toolbox meetings focused on safety and efficiency
What do we expect from you?
- An interest in engineering, manufacturing, or technology. Previous experience is a plus, but we are also happy to train motivated candidates
- A team-oriented mindset and a practical, hands-on approach
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
- Willingness to work in shifts (currently day shifts)
- Living in the Rijssen area or able to commute to our location
