ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sales Ops Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the two offices connected, in sync, and collaborating. The goal is to keep our customers happy, our orders flowing, and our sales team supported. You’ll juggle quotes, orders, enquiries, and a whole lot of communication—but don’t worry, you’ve absolutely got this!

What You’ll Be Getting Up To
Customer Support & Sales Assistance
- Be the main point of contact between the EU, UK and SA office
- Coordinating incoming purchase orders with the relevant team members in the UK and South Africa, ensuring the information in the systems are accurate and up to date
- Management of distributor and retail sales orders
- Supporting Sales Agents and Distributor Account Manager with processing and managing sales orders.
- Help pick, pack and ship orders for distributors, retailers, and our website customers.
