Help us source and sign Germany’s best leisure destinations, and grow your career while doing it.
About queueup
Queueup designs and executes innovative loyalty programs and activation campaigns for leading European retailers and service providers, including Carrefour, Kruidvat, ING, and ALDI. Our mission? To make leisure accessible to millions through smart savings and seamless digital experiences. Every ticket we sell brings someone closer to a memorable day out.
What the role is about
We’re launching a brand-new loyalty campaign in Germany, and we’re hiring a commercially driven, German-speaking Accountmanager to build the partner network that powers it. Customers earn points toward discounts on premium leisure destinations across Germany – amusement parks, zoos, museums, and more – and it’s your job to get those destinations signed and excited to be part of it.
This role is built around being close to the German market. You’ll travel frequently across Germany to meet partners, with our creative Amsterdam North HQ as your home base and the team you’ll build the campaign with.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll work closely with colleagues across operations, sales, design and tech, all working toward one goal: launching a successful, high-impact campaign. Where your energy goes shifts as the project grows. First, it’s all about signing a set number of leisure partners. Once that’s in place, the focus moves to keeping those partnerships thriving and sales climbing (maintaining the best possible deals with the leisure partners you signed to the program).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own business development in the German market – identify, approach, and sign leisure venues such as amusement parks, zoos, and museums
- Negotiate commercial terms that work for both sides
- Build sustainable partnerships and stay close to your partners well after the deal is signed
- Monitor sales reports and coordinate actions to keep ticket sales growing
- Be queueup’s face on the ground in Germany, traveling frequently to meet partners
What You Bring
- A higher education degree, or HBO-level thinking and working skills
- Fluent German and confident English, spoken and written
- A sharp commercial instinct and a genuine drive to close deals
- Excellent communication skills and a likeable, trust-building personality
- A proactive, winning mentality – you make things happen
- Willingness to travel frequently across Germany, plus a driver’s license and your own means of transportation
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is a plus, but we also welcome ambitious talent ready to grow into the role
What We Offer
- A monthly salary between € 3.500 and € 4.500 gross, depending on experience (excluding 8% holiday pay)
- A performance bonus for every leisure partner you sign
- 25 vacation days (based on full-time)
- Company Pension Plan
- A warm, informal team and a fast-growing business to grow with
- Shared daily lunches, regular drinks, and monthly outings when you’re at the office
- Lots of ownership, flexibility, and room to make an impact at our creative Amsterdam North office
