The position
As contact person for our business partners, the Customer Operations Executive takes care of the follow-up of the contract with our customers. This includes preparing, planning, and booking transport. The job is very diverse and challenging due to its speed and complexity. We are looking for a strong, proactive, and customer-oriented employee who is interested in arranging international logistics and has affinity with documents, regulations and customs. You bring a constructive and adaptable approach to overcoming obstacles, enabling you to thrive in our dynamic and international environment.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Process and coordinate customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery;
- Act as an internal point of contact for colleagues across departments regarding logistics, documentation, regulations, and supply chain processes;
- Ensure proper and timely document management, including invoicing;
- Handle minor non-conformities, delivery discrepancies, and claims;
- Maintain communication with external partners and service providers;
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining and developing long-term relationships with the assigned customers;
- Thrives together with the team for operational excellence.
- Weekend duties may occur from time to time, which will be compensated in time for time.

We are looking for an International Operations Officer who
- Has a BSC/MSC degree;
- Has strongly developed problem solving skills;
- Possesses the following competences: Teamwork, Effective Communication, Management and Responsibility, Leadership, Focused and Initiative, Customer focus, Relationship building, Analytical, Financial Awareness;
- Has good knowledge of automated systems (Microsoft Office and – preferably Dynamics or another ERP-system);
- Is fluent in English and minimum one other foreign language (advanced level).
