Together with a energetic team of about 50 colleagues, you make sure that over 20,000 different products get picked, packed, and shipped worldwide without a hitch.
Forget traditional, slow-moving warehouses. We work with smart systems like our automated AutoStore ASRS, fast-paced logistics, and a no-nonsense atmosphere where clean working, teamwork, and having fun go hand in hand.
Your work day moves as fast as our global shipments. You don’t just shift boxes; you control the flow of crucial supplies that empower farmers globally to build safer, antibiotic-free environments. Your daily routine includes:
- Active hands-on mentality: You like being on your feet, love physical work (consider your gym subscription canceled!), and take pride in completing orders cleanly and fast.
- Strong communication skills: You speak Dutch or English fluently and communicate clearly with your shift team to keep the warehouse floor running smoothly.
- Reliability and focus: You pay attention to details, follow safety guidelines, and work neatly even during peak hours.
- Proximity to Hapert: You live within easy commuting distance of Hapert and are available full-time.
- Bonus skills: A reach truck certificate is a great bonus. Don’t have one yet? We are happy to fund and train you on the job!
