We currently operate 5 branches across the Netherlands and are continuing to grow. We are now looking for dedicated and experienced hospitality professionals to join our Amsterdam branch.

ResponsibilitiesWaiter / Waitress
- Welcome and seat guests warmly
- Take and process orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Floor Supervisor
In addition to service responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shift planning
- Monitor attendance and staff performance
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment
- Keep hygiene and HACCP documentation organized and up to date
- Maintain official operational records and checklists
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and support team members
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality roles
- Leadership and administrative experience for supervisor positions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety procedures is an advantage
- English is required; Dutch is a plus
