KrungThong Spa is a charming and professional wellness center in Rijswijk, where guests enjoy authentic Thai and Balinese massages in a relaxing atmosphere. We are immediately seeking a (female) all-round massage therapist, specialized in Balinese and/or Thai massage, to join our team. There are two positions open.
What will you do?
As a massage therapist, you will provide various professional massages, including Balinese and/or Thai massages, and contribute to the overall well-being of our guests. You know exactly how to help people fully relax and ensure that every treatment is a special experience.
Duties & Responsobilities:
- Professionally perform various massage and wellness treatments.
- Tailor treatments to the individual needs, preferences, and requirements of each client.
- Prepare, clean, and maintain the treatment room to a high standard, replenish all necessary materials, towels, and products.
- Maintain a hygienic, clean, and professional working environment.
- Welcome and assist clients and provide information about treatments and services.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to client inquiries and questions.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks, including processing client information, appointments, and payments.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain the professional image and standards of the spa.
- Work in accordance with the company's internal guidelines regarding hygiene, safety, quality, and customer service.
Who are we looking for?
You have at least one year of demonstrable experience as a versatile masseuse and are also proficient in Thai and Balinese massage techniques. Knowledge of, or experience with medical massage is a plus. You are qualified with a relevant diploma or certificate, which is a must. You also speak fluent Dutch and/or English, can deliver a powerful massage, and work with attention, care, and passion for your profession. Furthermore, you are:
