As a TMC trainee, you are responsible for your own development. You will have a wide range of opportunities to grow, and we expect you to approach these with a motivated attitude. At the same time, you are responsible for executing a client project within your specific technical specialization. Our focus concerning projects primarily lies in: - **Manufacturing Support**: In this area, you are responsible for projects related to Production Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, problem-solving, and/or quality within a production environment. - **Supply Chain Management**: This group supports our clients with a broad scope, ranging from inbound to outbound and everything in between! Assignment opportunities vary from planning to project management. Our three-year traineeship has several pillars you will develop yourself in: - **Interpersonal skills**: Each year, you will have around 5 training sessions focused on soft skills that are particularly useful at the start of your career. - **Technical skills**: Each year, you will receive 1 to 2 trainings on technical topics relevant to our field of expertise. Examples include trainings on Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) and Problem-Solving. - **Structured reflection moments**: In group sessions, we reflect on the acquired skills in combination with your current client project. - **On-site mentoring (at the client)**: You will receive guidance from one of our experienced employeneurs to assist you in navigating daily and technical challenges in practice.
