Manager Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Active customer relationship management (regular visits) maintain the current and convince new customers
- Promote and develop new services
- Ensure the timely support regarding technical issues and parts inquiries
- Management and further development of the local service team
- Implementation and continuous improvement of safety standards (SMS) as well as increasing safety awareness
- Ensuring quality requirements and ISO compliance through appropriate measures
- Ensuring the provision and evaluation of reports for tracking all relevant KPIs (customer support, sales, margins, efficiency)
- Optimizing administrative processes (orders, invoices, payments) in compliance with legal and internal requirements
Handling of legal and warranty cases

Your Qualification
- Completed training or studies in a technical field (preferably service tech history, construction, agriculture)
- Very good technical understanding, ideally product-specific knowledge in the field of mobile cranes
- Experience in employee management and in setting up or expanding an organization
Business fluent Dutch and good English skills
