As a host at Clubsportive, you are the very first face of the club: Welcoming members, providing excellent service and creating community are in your hands. Providing care to your members, full of energy, with a proactive work attitude are important ingredients to create the ultimate hospitable experience at our clubs. Are you ready for that task?
- You welcome and greet members and ensure they feel home. Your Enthusiasm and willingness to connect ensure our members keep coming back;
- You give tours to potential members and ensure that they see themselves reaching their fitness goals in your gym;
- You ensure that new members are correctly registered, and you provide them with the correct information and an access tag;
- You inform potential members about our subscription models and answer all their questions to their needs and within best of your ability;
- You have an eye for detail and ensure that the club always looks clean and tidy;
- You give our members an unforgettable hospitality experience!;
- Optional: after completing our Academy, you will teach group classes.
