As Team Lead Mechanical Engineering, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 6 engineers. Together, you will work on the development, improvement, and industrialization of complex products and projects. You combine technical expertise with a coaching leadership style and ensure your team performs at its best.
You act as a key interface between engineering, project management, and other disciplines such as software, electronics, and manufacturing.
What will you do?

lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers;

take responsibility for the technical quality and progress of various products and projects, mainly in the high tech industry;

manage planning, budget, and resources within your team;
