We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented part-time Waiter / Waitress to join our The Court team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with guests, and is committed to delivering a high standard of service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards
*
Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
*
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
*
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently
*
Process bills and payments accurately
*
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
*
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills
*
Previous service experience preferred (all day dining or hotel experience is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
*
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
*
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
*
Basic food safety knowledge and service training (or willingness to learn)
