We're opening soon as a true fine-dining destination, and right now we're putting together the team who will bring it to life. We're looking for a full-time Head Waiter to lead our floor — someone who sees hospitality not as a job, but as a craft.
What the role really involves
You'll be the heartbeat of our dining room. On any given evening, you're the first warm face a guest sees and the steady presence that makes a meal feel effortless — even when the kitchen is full and every table is turning. You'll lead the front-of-house team, set the rhythm of service, and guide guests through the menu and wine list with real knowledge and easy confidence.
Because we're opening fresh, you won't just step into an existing system — you'll help build it. In the early weeks, you'll work alongside our General Manager, Sommelier, and Head Chef to shape how service feels here: the standards, the small rituals, the details that turn a good meal into one people remember. Then you'll lead it, night after night.
You might be exactly who we're looking for if…
You've led a floor before in a fine-dining or high-end setting, and you know how to stay calm and generous when the pressure is on. You genuinely like people — guests and team alike — and you've got that quiet instinct for knowing what someone needs before they ask. You care about the details: a properly set table, a perfectly timed course, a glass poured just so. You speak English comfortably (it's our working language), and if you speak Dutch or other languages too, even better. And you don't mind evenings, weekends, and the occasional holiday, because that's when the room comes alive.
You don't need to know everything about wine on day one — but you should be hungry to learn.
