As Financial Controller, you will focus on everything related to the financial administration of several hotels within our group. You support the Financial Director in various projects and actively contribute to improving our business performance.
You maintain close contact with external accountants for audit purposes and are responsible for preparing and analysing the P&L statements of our largest hotels. Your main workplace will be our Shared Service Office at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark, but you will also regularly visit colleagues at our other hotel locations.
You will closely coach (part of) your team and work together with the Assistant Financial Controllers. You report directly to the Financial Director and are in frequent contact with the Hotel Managers and other departments within the Shared Service Office.
By working closely together, you ensure that all financial processes run smoothly and accurately. As Financial Controller, no two days are the same — variety and responsibility are guaranteed.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar financial controlling role.+

Experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is a strong plus.

You are experienced in period-end closings and preparing management reports.

You are motivated, proactive, and always keep an eye on results.

You combine a strong feeling for numbers with a natural sense of hospitality.

You are familiar with hotel systems and accounting systems.

You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.

You are available full-time; a 4‑day workweek is negotiable.
