About the position:
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting our customer specific projects. You will translate (complex) client requirements into technically feasible, high-end pump solutions. From initial design, calculations, and drawing validation to procurement alignment and internal workshop handover. You own the technical scope from start to finish.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Projects and will work closely with customers, suppliers, and are a part of the Project Team.
You are responsible for:
- Supporting the technical execution of customer projects;
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams;
- Assisting engineering and service activities;
- Identifying technical risks and improvement opportunities;
- Supporting projects through to final delivery;
- Preparing and coordinating technical project documentation.

About you:
Proactive, decisive and strong communication skills with experience in the technical sector is a combination we are looking for. The function requires HBO education level, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Engineering or a similar technical field.
Professional fluency in both Dutch and English. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach to complex technical problems.
About the conditions:
· A challenging position for 40 hours per week.
· Market-conform salary, appropriate to your level of education and experience.
· Travel expenses reimbursement.
· 25 vacation days and 13 ATV days (on a full-time basis).
· Holiday pay of 8%.
· Employment contract for 1 year with the prospect of a permanent position.

Obtaining a certificate of conduct is a mandatory part of the procedure. The costs of the application are reimbursed by EPS.
