You don't press a button. You make the product.
Most production roles in life sciences mean monitoring screens, running one process, and handing off to the next shift. This isn't that.
In this role, you'll work in a small, hands-on production team at an innovative medical technology company that manufactures bone repair products used by surgeons around the world. You'll master the full production cycle — from preparing raw materials to delivering the finished product — in a GMP-certified environment where precision genuinely matters. Not because a checklist says so, but because patients depend on it.
What you'll do
You'll be part of a tight-knit team of 15 people from 7 nationalities, producing advanced biomaterials in various forms: powders, granules and injectable composites. The work is diverse, tactile and varied — no two days are identical. You'll learn to execute every step of the process, operate and maintain production equipment, work with batch records, and contribute to process documentation. After your training period, you'll be trusted to run the process independently.
What you bring
MBO level or equivalent — a background in a lab, production, or technical environment- Affinity with structured, protocol-driven work (GMP experience is a plus, not a must)
- Accurate, organised, and a genuine team player
- Good command of English (working language of the team)
- Living in or able to commute to the Utrecht area
What's on offer
A full-time position (100%) at a growing international company, based at a green and well-facilitated site in the Utrecht area. A diverse and energetic team, competitive salary and benefits, and real room to grow as the company scales. You'll work with people who take their work seriously — and know how to laugh while doing it.
