In the middle of the green Philips de Jonghpark you’ll find the renewed Parkpaviljoen: a lively hospitality venue where guests come for great coffee, lunch, drinks, events, weddings and sunny days on the terrace.
For our ambitious and friendly team, we are looking for a Head Chef / Junior Operations Manager who wants to help us continue building this unique location.
No stiff hierarchy or endless meetings — just a team that works hard, enjoys what they do and where your ideas truly matter.

What will you do?
You will independently run the kitchen and together with the team ensure quality, structure and a great atmosphere. Besides that, you will support the daily operations of Parkpaviljoen.
This includes:
- managing and motivating the kitchen team;
- helping with planning and organisation;
- managing staffing hours and purchasing efficiently;
- maintaining quality and hygiene standards;
- supporting events and group bookings;
- taking responsibility when the operations manager is absent.
What do we offer?
- €3,200 gross per month based on 38 hours.
- A fixed work structure with Saturday and Sunday as standard working days.
- 4 operational days + half a day for administration and organisation.

Who are we looking for?
Someone who gets energy from hospitality, enjoys responsibility and likes working in a close and friendly team. Experience in the kitchen and/or leadership is important, but motivation, overview and mentality matter just as much to us.
