Role Purpose
The HR Apprentice will support the Human Resources team in delivering efficient and effective HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative processes while developing foundational HR knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files

Support the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
-
Support job postings and advertisement on relevant platforms
-
Screen CVs and schedule interviews
-
Coordinate communication with local partners
-
Onboarding & Employee Experience
-
Assist in onboarding new hires (welcome materials, induction sessions)
-
Help coordinate mandatory training and development programs
-
HR Operations Support
-
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
-
Assist with payroll preparation by gathering relevant data
-
Support attendance tracking and leave management processes
-
Compliance & Policies
-
Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and labor regulations
-
Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures documentation
-
Sickness Management
-
Support in the daily report
-
Management of the daily notification
-
Support in the planning of the relevant meeting
Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Willingness to learn and develop within HR

Preferred knowledge of Protime and Workday
Qualifications & Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources

Dutch and English
