E-commerce Internship at Colgate Palmolive NL
Are you an ambitious HBO or WO student or have you just finished your studies, eager to gain hands-on experience in Sales with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies? If so, join Colgate-Palmolive Netherlands as an E-commerce Intern and take the first exciting step in your professional journey!
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our dynamic Sales Team at our Almere (Amsterdam) location for a 5–6 month internship starting in September. Though please note that the start date can be discussed. There is also a possibility to combine this internship with writing your thesis.
As part of your internship, you’ll receive comprehensive training and take on meaningful responsibilities, contributing to day-to-day operations and supporting key projects. This is your chance to make an impact, develop your skills, and kickstart your career in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Internship
Every day is different, but below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:
Participate in Digital Shelf analysis across key customer platforms, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Implement best-in-class content for new product launches and hygiene updates, ensuring a high-quality consumer experience across all e-commerce platforms.
Monitor and analyze ecommerce campaign performance; compile and present insights in regular reports.
Communicate weekly updates to customers, using KPI dashboards to highlight product range availability.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, brand performance, and promotional effectiveness to support the Sales team with actionable recommendations.
Support the Sales department with various administrative and planning tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Fluent in both Dutch and English
HBO or WO education, either currently enrolled or recently completed
Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn
Proactive attitude with strong communication skills
Comfortable working with digital systems and tools
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
