As our Logistics Coordinator, you manage the material flow and resource planning that keeps our projects moving. You work side-by-side with Procurement, Production, Project Management and Warehouse teams to align domestic and international schedules. You report directly to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, ensuring our delivery commitments remain rock solid. It is a vital role that connects our internal makers with external logistics partners.
Supply and resource planning: Monitor material availability and track shortages proactively. Align schedules with Procurement, Production and Project Managers to keep project execution on time.
Shipment and customs coordination: Handle domestic and international shipments together with the Shipping Coordinator. Manage required export and customs documentation with external compliance agencies.
Data and system maintenance: Maintain accurate operational data within our ERP system. Distribute logistics reports and track key KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder and partner alignment: Act as the central link between the Warehouse, internal teams and external logistics suppliers. Communicate scheduling updates clearly and escalate delivery risks before they cause delays.
Bachelor degree or equivalent HBO level in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business.
5+ years of experience in logistics planning, material planning or warehouse operations.
Proven experience working within a project-driven or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems like Odoo or SAP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and planning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured planning skills.
Excellent communication skills with full fluency in English.
Office-based availability with no travel required for the role.
