Zo help je installateurs groeien met geïntegreerde oplossingen voor energiedistributie, digitalisering, automatisering en services.
Jouw impact
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een portfolio van strategische contractors en installateurs. Je ontwikkelt relaties op operationeel, tactisch en directieniveau en vertaalt klantambities naar gezamenlijke groeiplannen. Daarbij positioneer je Schneider Electric als brede technologiepartner, van laag- en middenspanning tot gebouwautomatisering, digitale oplossingen en lifecycle-services.
Wat ga je doen?
- Strategische relaties bouwen: Je ontwikkelt duurzame partnerships met de aan jou toegewezen key accounts en vergroot de klanttevredenheid.
- Accountstrategie bepalen: Je maakt heldere accountplannen, stelt prioriteiten en vertaalt marktontwikkelingen naar commerciële acties.
- Groei realiseren: Je identificeert kansen voor nieuwe oplossingen, cross-selling en services en zet deze om in gezonde, winstgevende groei.
- Complexe klantvragen verbinden: Je brengt de juiste interne en externe experts samen rond projecten en langetermijninitiatieven.
- Onderhandelingen leiden: Je voert commerciële, contractuele en projectonderhandelingen en werkt doelgericht toe naar duurzame afspraken.
- Klant- en marktinzichten benutten: Je verzamelt feedback, herkent trends en helpt onze aanpak en dienstverlening continu te verbeteren.
- Samenwerken als één team: Je werkt nauw samen met marketing, finance, tenderdesk, calculatie, services, specialistische sales en partnerteams.

Je beweegt je in markten zoals utiliteitsbouw, datacenters, vastgoed, gezondheidszorg, infrastructuur en industrie. Je helpt klanten onder meer bij vraagstukken rond energie-efficiëntie, bedrijfszekerheid, elektrificatie, netcongestie, digitalisering en verduurzaming.

Wat breng je mee?
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau: Bijvoorbeeld vanuit techniek, commerciële economie of technische bedrijfskunde.
- Relevante commerciële ervaring: 5+ jaar in key accountmanagement, business development of solution sales binnen de installatie-, energie- of elektrotechnische sector.
- Strategisch en ondernemend vermogen: Je ziet kansen, stelt prioriteiten en neemt eigenaarschap voor resultaat.
- Technische nieuwsgierigheid: Je hoeft niet iedere oplossing zelf te ontwerpen, maar kunt klantvragen begrijpen en specialisten effectief verbinden.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen directie, inkoop, engineering, projectteams en interne stakeholders.
- Taalvaardigheid: Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Pré: Ervaring met middenspanning, energiedistributie of gebouwautomatisering.
