As a
Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing Panasonic’s Heating & Cooling strategy to life. You are the technical expert behind our innovative solutions, including heat pumps (A2W), room air conditioners (RAC, PAC), and VRF systems.
Your role is varied, hands-on, and impactful. You will:
- Provide high-level technical support to distributors, installers, and end users, both on-site and remotely
- Deliver engaging product and service training sessions for customers and service partners
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Proactively contribute ideas to improve processes and operations together with your colleagues and Service Manager
- Collaborate closely with our European Technical Support Team
- Support the call center with technical inquiries via phone and email, ensuring fast, effective, and customer-oriented solutions
You are a driven technical professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and helping others succeed.
You bring:
- A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for technology
- A technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably certified in refrigeration and heating technology
- Solid experience with air conditioning (RAC, PAC, VRF), heating systems, hydraulics, and heat pumps
- Strong knowledge of applicable standards and regulations
- A customer-focused and results-driven attitude, supported by strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Excellent Dutch and a good working knowledge English (spoken and written)
