International Rollout Lead | Global Digital Banking Platforms | High-Visibility International Project
Are you the project manager who thrives on turning ambitious, cross-border rollouts into reality? For a large international financial enterprise, we’re looking for an International Project Manager (Rollout Lead) to take ownership of rolling out the organization’s flagship mobile app and web banking platforms to countries that haven’t adopted them yet. You’ll work in an international, multidisciplinary Agile team, become the trusted go-to person for both internal teams and country stakeholders, and build lasting relationships as the “account manager” for every country you help onboard. It’s a rare role that gives you end-to-end insight into a global bank’s digital channels – few positions offer this level of exposure.
About the role
As Rollout Lead, you coordinate the international rollout of the organization’s digital banking app and web channel, translating business requirements into a clear delivery scope and building a realistic, stakeholder-aligned planning. You act as the central point of contact for rollout countries and internal delivery teams, and stay closely involved after go-live to keep onboarded countries satisfied and successful.
The role is based in Amsterdam on a hybrid basis and brings you into regular contact with international stakeholders, with occasional travel depending on the rollout schedule. You’ll be working at the heart of a global digital strategy, in a fast-changing, agile environment with direct impact on the experience of customers worldwide.
About you
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Customer Journey Expert, or in close collaboration with Product Owners
- Solid grounding in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or PACE, including managing a Product Backlog with local or international co-located squads
- Experience at the intersection of business and IT; experience with software delivery projects is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to keep international projects productive and moving forward
- Fluent in English, written and verbal; Dutch is a plus
- A creative, hands-on initiative-taker who enjoys helping others succeed in a complex, multidisciplinary, international environment
