You should have expert knowledge of modern web technologies, strong affinity for robust platform architecture, a deep appreciation for responsive design, and a keen eye for detail. Build and maintain high-quality code for digital flagship stores using our tech stack
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively: writing clear specs, reviewing generated code critically, and knowing when to lean on the model and when to write it yourself
Optimize for performance and scalability, ensuring an unforgettable user experience
Work closely with our design and development teams to translate designs into fully functional digital experiences
Lead projects from inception to deployment, setting new industry benchmarks along the way
Mentor junior developers on both fundamentals and modern AI-augmented workflows, promoting a culture of excellence
Help shape how our team adopts new tooling, including agentic coding, MCP integrations, and prompt-driven workflows
