Join our Delivery Commercial Operations team to lead data-driven commercial strategy across pricing and merchant value. In this
Commercial Strategy Manager, Merchant Value & Pricing , you will analyze complex commercial and pricing dynamics, identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to shape strategy across markets.
What you'll do
- Lead analysis of pricing and commercial performance across markets and merchant segments.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product to identify and prioritize pricing and revenue opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Build and own dashboards, reporting, and analytical frameworks that inform commercial decisions.
- Support forecasting and planning with commercial insight and scenario analysis.
- Scale and build pricing models and initiatives across multiple markets.
What you'll need
- 4-7 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, marketplace strategy, business analysis, or a related field.
- Experience in a complex pricing environment is highly preferred, especially marketplace, SaaS, or multi-fee products.
- Strong understanding of commercial sales motion and commercial decision-making.
- Technical Proficiency:
- SQL: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is required.
- Spreadsheets: advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
- Ability to work in ambiguity, connect data to commercial nuance, and influence strategy
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
